What do I do with funds for deposit?                                                    The proper handling of funds collected/raised is as follows: Two members from the committee must count the funds collected, initial and print their names on the Funds Deposit Form. The verified funds shall be handed to the treasurer with the Funds Deposit Form. In the event the treasurer is unavailable, the funds are to be given to an executive board member. Members of the committee will keep one copy of the Funds Deposit Form and the treasurer will keep the original.  

I have a great idea for an event, how do I propose it?                                  Please use the Event Proposal Form to describe the information about your event. You will need to give the form to an executive board member via hand delivery, email PDF or place in the PTO mailbox in the front office.

I would like something discussed at our PTO meeting.                               Have thoughts your would like to share or have discussed at our meeting. Please submit an Agenda Item Request form to be added to the agenda. We will have open discussions at our meetings, however, if you have an item you would like to have officially added to our Agenda please let us know by using the form. 

I need to request funds for a PTO expense.                                                 Please use the Funds Request Form and submit your request to our Treasurer. If the expense is approved, you will need to provide your receipts to the Treasurer for reimbursement.
